When is my order processed & how long does it take to ship?

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours (sometime sooner). You'll receive an email with your tracking once the order is processed.

We only process orders Monday thru Friday. Any orders made after 7am on Friday will be processed on Monday along with all orders made over the weekend.

Shipping is handled by USPS and typically takes 3 to 5 days to be delivered. Since we do not control the carriers, delays do happen due to a number of factors like weather for example.

NOTE: P.O. Boxes tend to have trouble receiving packages. If you have a home mailbox, this will be the best option to ensure prompt delivery.

Can I return or exchange my detox for any reason?

Yes and No.
If you haven't opened the product, we will absolutely give you a refund or exchange the product for another. We'll even cover the return shipping costs.

If you've opened the product, unfortunately we cannot except any returns or exchanges. Since these are indigestible powders, we cannot take them back once opened.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us immediately via email and we will fix any issues you may have.

What order do I take my detoxes in?

If you get our entire detox line you'll follow the order below. If you don't have all the detoxes, just go in order based on the ones you do have. You'll finish 1 detox before moving to the next. DO NOT take them at the same time.

If you have the Binder as well, we include instructions with every order and it outlines the binder protocol and which detoxes to use it with.
