Refund/Return Policy

We offer a 14-day refund for any UNOPENED items. If the product seal has been broken, we cannot accept returns or issue a refund since these are consumable goods. 

To issue a refund on orders that have already been processed or shipped, the order must be refused upon delivery or mailed back to our facility unopened. You must contact us via email (support@boostblenz.com) and our team will provide a prepaid return label. If you refuse the order or ship it yourself without using our provided label, this will cause refund delays. You'll have to wait until we receive and inspect the package before we can issue a return. This ensures we actually receive the package and that is has not been opened or damaged.

For orders with multiple products, we understand if you are not satisfied after trying the product but to issue a full refund, we expect a return of all unopened items.

For example: if you ordered 3 different blends, we can issue a full refund for all 3 blends if unopened. If only 1 out of 3 blends are opened and returned, then we can issue the refund on the 2 unopened blends. If all 3 have been opened, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for the items.

Once you've mailed your return and we received it, it will go through an inspection approval to ensure it is not damaged or opened. Once approved, we will issue your refund within 7 days.

Shipping Refund & Return Labels
Shipping costs are non-refundable, only the cost of the product itself is refundable. Return labels are Free as we cover the cost of returning items.

Sales Item Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items at the moment.

International Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on international orders at the moment.

Exchanges
If products are UNOPENED, we will do an exchange. Shipping costs both ways will be paid by you, the customer. Once we've received the products, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost. Once it's paid, we will ship out the exchanged item.
