When will my order ship?
We make every batch fresh, so here's the timing:
- Most orders ship the next day.
- During busy stretches it can take an extra day or two.
- Orders placed Friday or over the weekend ship Monday or Tuesday, depending on volume.
- Holidays can add a little delay.
Once it ships, delivery time depends on where you are and your carrier (occasional carrier delays are out of our hands), and you'll get tracking to follow along.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn't get it
Hang tight for 1 to 2 days. When a carrier marks a package delivered a bit early, it almost always shows up within a day or two (it's on the carrier's end, not ours). If it still hasn't arrived after that, contact us and we'll get a replacement sent out right away.
My detoxes arrived broken, now what?
Just contact us at support@boostblenz.com and send a photo of the broken item. If you purchased shipping protection, your order is completely covered at no cost to you. If you didn't purchase shipping protection, you'll need to cover the shipping cost for a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. Not there yet? Sign up for our mailing list and we'll email everyone the moment that changes.
Can I return my order?
Yes. As long as your product is unopened, we'll send you a free return label and issue a full refund. Just reach out with your order number and we'll take care of you.
