If a food contains ingredients you cannot pronounce or would never cook with at home, it probably does not belong in your detox program.
The goal of detox is not extreme restriction. It is returning to the types of foods humans thrived on for thousands of years:
- whole foods
- simple ingredients
- nutrient-dense meals
- mineral rich hydration
Once these foods are removed, the detox phases that follow liver support, kidney cleansing, parasite removal, and heavy metal detox can work much more effectively.
