Most people jump straight to a parasite cleanse. That's not recommended if this is your first detox (or it's been awhile).
Picture a sink full of dirty water. Your liver and kidneys are the drain. If the drain is slow and you start scrubbing the sink, you just stir everything up, and it has nowhere to go. So you open the drain first. Then clean the sink.
- Step 1 · Liver Cleanse, 14 days. Your liver is your body's main filter, so you start there.
- Step 2 · Kidney Cleanse, 14 days. The other major filter in your system that needs optimized (unclogged).
- Step 3 · Parasite Detox, 30 days. Now the drain is open, so die-off has somewhere to go.
- Step 4 · Heavy Metal Detox, 30 days. Stored metals have now been released and are easier to remove.
- The Binder, every other day during liver, kidney, and parasite detoxes. Just one capsule.

- Skip: processed foods, refined sugar, and alcohol.
- Water: drink up to 8 glasses a day.
